Experience our beautiful forest sauna and hot tub beside the Sjoa River in the heart of the Heidal valley. The river is only a 50m walk from the sauna/tub where you can swim in pristine water - and you can stay as long as you like!

Do you need a ride from the nearest train station? No problem, we can come and pick you up and drop you off again. Note, we cannot pick you up or drop you off during our tour and course times from 0900 - 1500 Friday - Sunday.
