The Heidal Valley is perfect for electric bike adventures. It allows you to quickly get above the tree-line, so you can hike up to one of the many mountain peaks, allowing you to look down on the beautiful Sjoa River and surrounding area.

Are you a whitewater paddler in need of paddling equipment in Sjoa? Mad Goats rents out full kayaking and packrafting equipment to paddlers with experience. You must know how to roll or rescue yourself and be a confident grade 2 paddler.
Do you need a ride from the nearest train station? No problem, we can come and pick you up and drop you off again. Note, we cannot pick you up or drop you off during our tour and course times from 0900 - 1500 Friday - Sunday.
