Sjoa River Sauna & Hot Tub - Day Pass

• Our forest sauna in Sjoa is a great activity whether you want to relaxed after a kayak course or are just passing through the Heidal valley and want to check out a cool experience.
• The sauna is open from 0700 - 2100 (we only full offer day passes, where you stay as long as you like over the period of one day). 
• You must light and heat the sauna yourself - we provide all wood and fire-lighting materials. 
• Be careful when swimming in the river.
• Be kind and respectful of other guests.
• Feel free to use the outside shower if you do not want to do the river swim.
• Bring 2 towels, one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off with.
• You will receive a 25% discount code for the whitewater paddling activities in your booking confirmation.
• You will receive a 50% discount code for accommodation at Mad Goats Sjoa in your booking confirmation.
