Rent a stand-up paddleboard for 1 - 3 hours and paddle around Tjuvholmen, Aker Brygge and the Oslo waterfront.
- SUP, paddle and life vest are included in the price.
- You can paddle where you want, out to the islands or just around the Tjuvholmen/Aker Brygge canals. If you are a beginner or do not have a high level of fitness, then we recommend you do not paddle out into the open water or out to the Oslo islands.
- By booking this outdoor activity you take full responsibility for your health and safety.
- Small children and dogs (or cats!) sharing a board with an adult go free.
- You must wear a life vest.
- Children's paddles and life vests are available. Only 1 person per board, unless it is an adult with a child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- No experience is required. If it is your first time paddling you can start kneeling down and stand up when you have your balance.
- Wear clothing appropriate to weather conditions. Take water, sunscreen etc as necessary.
- We suggest putting your belongings in a dry bag.
- Self-sevice means there is no staff on site and you need to get all the equipment yourself. When payment is received you will be emailed confirmation of your booking along with an access code and instructions.
- Please note by booking you accept that you are liable for any late, damaged or lost equipment. The following changes may apply: late fee 199 kr per hour per board; lost or broken paddle or life vest 500 kr; lost board 10000 kr.
